NHS FLASHBACK … 1996

Remember 1996? 25 years ago, The Ohio State Buckeyes won the Rose Bowl and the Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl. An average new home cost $166,400, a dozen eggs were $1.31 and a gallon of milk cost $3.30 at the grocery store. The median household income was $35,492. “Macarena” and “One Sweet Day” were the Billboard top songs of the year, while “Independence Day” and “Twister” were the top grossing movies.
